  • Don’t hide your emotions or bury your feelings. 

  • Say “exactly” what you mean. 

  • Throw away those “masks” you wear. 

  • Tear down the walls you’ve built. 

  • Never forget what those hurts taught you. 

  • Accept that you can’t change others, you can only change yourself. 

  • Avoid the drama and negativity of others.
